More On The Washing Machine Repair Service:

Diagnosis, the engineer will visit the property and diagnose and advise on exactly what is needed to repair the machine, will quote to potential customer, and offer services to carry out the work required.

If the customer decides to take on the service, the engineer will then book them in an appointment and then carry out the repairs, or if possible attempt to repair the machine there and then.

If any parts are needed, the engineer will source them as needed, however the engineer may already have them within van stock.

It would be helpful if when the customer calls if they have the model number and serial number to hand, so the engineer can source parts prior to visit, however this is not a hard and fast requirement and not an obligation.
